Baltimore County Democratic State Central committee member mark brewster joins team ruppersberger

The Baltimore County Democratic State Central Committee would like to congratulate our own Mark Brewster on his new position with Congressman Dutch Ruppersberger.  Mark will be working in Congressman Ruppersberger's  Washington DC office and will be working, among many other things, constituent services.
